Product Functions:

NMES (Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation):
Through pulsed microcurrents, this method effectively stimulates muscles and the nervous system, promoting blood circulation, alleviating pain, and assisting in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. It helps relieve muscle fatigue and enhances muscle strength.

Heat Therapy:
Helps relax fatigued and sore muscles.

MT-PBMT
This therapy combines visible and invisible wavelengths of biological red light and infrared light, systematically covering epidermal tissues to deep musculoskeletal tissues. It effectively promotes wound healing and tissue repair, relieving pain and inflammation.

Utilizing the MTCURE BIOPHOTO therapy system
which features dual-wavelength pulsed photobiomodulation, including:
• Short wavelength 660nm effectively suppresses pain.
• Long wavelength 850nm provides a mixed modulation approach.
The short wavelength is visible red light, effective for pain relief and tissue repair; the long wavelength is an invisible photon signal, excellent for regulating deep inflammation in muscles, bones, nerves, and other systems.

Usage Instructions
Preparation:
Remove the MT Knee Restorer and wrap it around your knee using the black elastic strap. Press and hold the power button on the controller for 2 seconds to turn it on.

Power On:
The power indicator will light up blue, and the LED display will show “00” (in blue), indicating the product is in standby mode.

Select Function:
Choose your desired function. If you select the NMES function, it is recommended to apply some water-based gel or water on the knee to enhance skin conductivity. Ensure the device is in close contact with the skin; otherwise, the pulses will not transmit to the muscle.

Usage Limit:
Do not use on the same spot for more than 20 minutes.

Low Voltage Warning:
When the battery voltage drops below 3.35V, the power indicator will flash. After 15 seconds of flashing, the device will turn off. Please recharge the product.

Notes:
It is recommended to turn off the device after continuous use for more than 20 minutes to allow it to cool down, which helps extend its lifespan.
For optimal results, use the product directly on the skin. Using it over clothing significantly reduces its effectiveness.

Safety Precautions
Do not use NMES or heat therapy on areas with implanted metals due to surgery, or on inflamed wounds. Red light therapy can be used at a distance of about 3-5mm from the skin.
Avoid using NMES and heat therapy on wounds, abscesses, acne, or areas related to purulent diseases. After bleeding stops or in the case of sprains, use only red light therapy to accelerate healing. The product can be safely used 72 hours after injury and once wounds have healed.
Never look directly at the light source (including while wearing sunglasses or protective eyewear).
This is not a medical device and should not be used for treatment purposes; it is intended solely for relief and improvement.

Usage Instructions
1. Drape the Thermal-PBMT Shawl over your shoulders. Adjust with the extension strap as needed, wrapping it around the targeted area. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on. The device will automatically enter the first heating mode, indicated by a green power light.
2. Select the corresponding function based on personal needs; you can use both functions simultaneously and only one at a time.
3. To adjust or stop the treatment, simply press the control button as needed.
4. For Photobiomodulation Therapy, press the light therapy button once, and the button will illuminate with red light.
5. The device has a 10-minute automatic shutdown timer. After 10 minutes of operation, the device will turn off. If you wish to continue, press the power button to restart.
6. Do not use on the same area for more than 30 minutes.
7. When the battery voltage drops below 3.35V, the power indicator light will flash as a low voltage warning. After 15 seconds of flashing, the device will turn off automatically. Please recharge the product.

Consult a Doctor Before Use If You Have Any of the Following Symptoms:
• Heart problems or if you wear electronic medical devices like a pacemaker.
• Tumors, acute illnesses, severe hypertension, osteoporosis, venous or arterial thrombosis, tuberculosis, etc.

• Individuals with bleeding tendencies.

• Pregnant women, new mothers, women on their menstrual period, newborns, and infants.
• Children under ten years old and individuals who are confused should not use this product without supervision.
• If you feel any abnormal physical sensations while using this product, please stop immediately and consult a doctor.
