【How to Use】

Remove and position:Take Phototherapy Hand Care out of the packaging, and open it to confirm the location of the black micro-current conductive pad. It can be used on either the left or right hand.

Placement: Align your palm and back of the hand to the corresponding positions inside the device and place your hand inside.

Secure: Pull up the zipper to secure the product in place, ensuring it delivers the best performance.

1. Power on

• Press and hold the power switch on the controller for 3 seconds to turn on.
• The power indicator will light up blue, and the device will be in standby mode.

2. Select a function

• Choose the function you want.
• If you select the NMES function, it is recommended to apply a small amount of water-based gel or water on the hand to improve skin conductivity.
• Make sure the device is in tight contact with your skin, otherwise the pulses may not transmit to the muscles.

3. Usage duration

• Do not use the device on the same area for more than 30 minutes.

4. Low-voltage warning

• When the battery voltage drops below 3.35V, the power indicator will flash.
• After 15 seconds, it will turn off. Please charge the product.

Note: It is recommended to use it continuously for 2 sessions, or if the device has been turned on for more than 20 minutes, turn it off to allow the main unit to cool down and improve its service life.

【Charging Instructions】

1. Before first use, please charge the product for about 4 hours.
2. Plug the USB-C cable into the charging port, then connect the USB plug to an adapter with 5V/2A output. The power indicator will flash blue.
3. When the indicator stops flashing and remains steadily lit, it means the battery is fully charged.
4. Before storage, charge or discharge the battery to around 50% capacity.
5. Charge the battery to around 50% at least every 3–6 months.
6. Store the product in a temperature range of 5°C to 25°C.
7. Do not use the product while charging.

• Cancer patients
• Tuberculosis patients
• Patients with acute suppurative inflammation
• Patients with bleeding disorders
• Patients with heart disease and those with a cardiac pacemaker
• Patients with arteriosclerosis
• Newborns and infants
• Patients who are light-sensitive, have skin that is not sensitive to heat, or have allergies that a doctor considers unsuitable for use of these products

【Safety Precautions】

• Do not use NMES micro-current or heat therapy at the following locations:
  • areas where there is a metal implant or other material in the body due to surgery
  • wound areas such as where there is inflammation
  • However, you may use red light therapy, keeping the device about 3–5 mm away from the skin.
• Do not use NMES micro-current or heat therapy on:
  • wounds, boils/abscesses, pimples/acne, or areas related to suppurative conditions.
    After bleeding has stopped, or for sprains, it is recommended to use red light therapy only to help speed up the healing process.
    After 72 hours from injury, and once the wound has healed, you may use this product more safely.
• Never look directly at the light source (including wearing sunglasses or eye protection).
• Do not place heavy objects on the device.
• Do not use this device together with other therapeutic equipment at the same time.
• This is not a medical device. Please do not use it for “treatment” purposes. This product is only for “relief” and “improvement.”
