The following are <\/strong>maxcare<\/strong>Maintenance, inspection and repair work rules and regulations, please read carefully and clearly understand the content and deal with the following <\/strong>:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Customers must keep the original purchase receipt as confirmation of the warranty effective date.<\/li>\n
  2. If customers fail to provide a valid invoice, then the customers will be responsible for any related charges as the warranty will be treated as incomplete.<\/li>\n
  3. Limitations of Product Care Specifications\n

    • All items are non-refundable.<\/li>\n
    • During the warranty period, if the product is in normal use, you can enjoy free self-contained hardware repair service, but does not include internal and external consumable parts and accessories, such as: rechargeable batteries, chargers, wires, adhesive sheets, remote controls device, electrode stickers, massage balls for massage sticks, cloth covers and shells, and any other accessories\/parts that will be worn and lost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Notes on maintenance:\u3002Maxcare reserves all rights to decide for repair or change of the concerned items within the warranty period;\n

      \u3002 The warranty period of repaired or changed products starts from the date of the initial purchase;<\/p>\n

      \u3002 Repair and maintenance services are only applicable to the main body, all accessories, shells, wires and chargers, etc. are not included; Repair and maintenance services are not applicable to the items that have been installed, disassembled, modified, and moved by customers<\/p>\n

      \u3002 Repair and maintenance services do not cover items that are placed other than for self-use purposes (i.e. places other than residences);<\/p>\n

      \u3002 Customers have to visit the repair center for repair service;<\/p>\n

      \u3002 The delivery service does not include the round-trip transportation service for future maintenance and repairs. Customers must bring their own products to the Maxcare repair center to enjoy the service;<\/p>\n

      \u3002 Except for massage chairs and large fitness equipment, customer must bring their own items to the Maxcare repair center for services;<\/p>\n

      \u3002 On-site Inspection, repair and maintenance services are only applicable to massage chairs and large fitness equipment;<\/p>\n

      \u3002 Repair and maintenance services do not cover areas outside of Hong Kong;<\/p>\n

      \u3002 For areas such as the Islands District, Frontier Closed Area, Man Kam To, Lok Ma Chau, within the warranty period, an additional fee of HK$300 will be charged for on-site inspection and parts will not be charged; After the warranty period, an additional fee of HK$400-700 will be charged for on-site inspection and parts will be charged separately.<\/li>\n

    • In case of the following inspection and maintenance conditions or circumstances, the company will not provide any service and charge the door-to-door fee:\n

      • If the customer fails to provide a safe and reasonable working environment or conditions, which may cause potential danger to the company’s technicians, there is not enough space for the technicians to carry out inspection or maintenance work.<\/li>\n
      • If the customer refuses to pay for inspection or repairs.<\/li>\n
      • Not our product. * Therefore, the situation is negligent, and the customer must pay the door-to-door service fee.<\/li>\n
      • This product has been inspected, repaired or modified by persons not authorized by the company.<\/li>\n
      • If problems or damages are caused by acts of God, fire, flood, human error and neglect, improper use, or improper power supply.<\/li>\n
      • The product has been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons.<\/li>\n
      • Damage due to all human negligence, misuse and abuse.<\/li>\n
      • Any damage caused by improper voltage.<\/li>\n

        • This product should be maintained by us, users are prohibited to disassemble or maintain it by themselves.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Please always turn off the main power after use.<\/li>\n
          • Do not use this product if the socket is loose.<\/li>\n
          • If this product is to be left idle for long, please tie up the power cords and keep it in a dry and dustless environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • Do not keep this product at a high temperature or near the fire. Do not keep under direct sunlight.<\/li>\n
            • Please clean this product with dry cloths. Do not use thinner, benzene or alcohol.<\/li>\n
            • The mechanical components of this product are specially designed and made, and no special maintenance is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
