Register the spending

  • When you make a purchase on the Maxcare app or website, you will automatically earn points.
  • When you make a purchase at a Maxcare store, points will be automatically added within 7-14 working days.

Expiry Date for MAX Dollar & points

Points are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Convert the points into MAX Dollar

  1. Login to member’s account via Maxcare APP, select “Points” in “My Info” to view the valid points
  2. Convert points into MAX Dollars, and the system will generate a QR code representing the spending amount of MAX Dollars
  3. Present the QR code to our staff to scan
  4. After successful scanning, the spending amount of MAX Dollar will be deducted immediately
  5. After the transaction is completed, the transaction record of MAX Dollar conversion from points can be checked in the account

Terms and Conditions

  • MAX Dollar is means of payment used at Maxcare stores, online shop and roadshows. You can earn points with your eligible spending and convert them into MAX Dollar and spend as instant cash.
  • Minimum $10 MAX Dollar must be used in every single transaction.
  • MAX Dollar is not transferable and donate, it cannot be converted into cash or back to points.
  • MAX Dollar cannot be refunded. It is not reversible.
  • Points cannot be earned on the spending with MAX Dollar, as MAX Dollar itself is a consumption reward converted from points and cannot be used as cash/credit card consumption to earn points.
  • You must convert the points into MAX Dollar before the points expired and spend immediately. If the points have expired, it means that you can no longer be able to convert into MAX Dollars.
  • In case of any dispute, Maxcare reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without further notice, and Maxcare reserves the right of final decision.
