Warranty scheme
The following Warranty Scheme is only applicable to the Hong Kong region. To apply, please fill out the form below, and we will process your application as soon as possible.
- Before applying, it is necessary to arrange an on-site assessment of the actual situation to determine if the product is eligible for warranty. If the product is beyond the warranty period, customers must pay an inspection fee of $400. Regardless of whether the application is accepted, this fee will not be refunded or deducted by any means. Maxcare reserves the right to accept or reject customer renewal requests.
【Warranty Renewal Terms and Conditions】
- The warranty renewal plan and its services will only take effect after payment has been made.
- The effective date will be the day following the last day of the previous warranty period, not starting from the day of purchase.
- The company reserves the right to repair or replace any products with issues during the warranty period.
- For outlying islands, restricted areas such as Sha Tau Kok, Ta Kwu Ling, Man Kam To, Mai Po, Lok Ma Chau, closed areas in Lo Wu, Ma Wan, and Discovery Bay, an additional on-site service fee of $300 will be charged during the warranty period, with no extra charge for parts. If outside the warranty period, an on-site service fee plus inspection fee totaling HK$700 will apply, with parts incurring additional charges. - Warranty services are limited to Hong Kong and not applicable outside the region.
- All customers enrolled in the renewal plan will receive a renewal contract issued by the company. Once issued, the contract will not be reissued, so please keep it safe. Failure to provide the renewal contract may result in the company reserving the right to charge for repairs and parts.
- Each contract is valid with the company’s stamp and signature. In the absence of a renewal contract issued by the company or lacking the company’s stamp and signature, the company reserves the right to charge for repairs and parts.
- Any damage or stains on the renewal contract will render it invalid.
- The warranty only covers the core maintenance. Parts such as power cords, transformers, casings, batteries, remote controls, electrode pads, covers (leather, cloth, etc.), accessories subject to wear and tear or loss, are not covered.
- Products placed in non-residential settings are not covered.
- Goods that customers have self-installed, disassembled, modified, or moved are not covered.
- The company is not responsible for any faults caused by typhoons, natural disasters, floods, ground shifts, infestations, improper usage, self-repairs, modifications, incorrect voltage, damage by humans or animals, etc., even within the warranty period.
- In case of disputes regarding the warranty terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
- Display massage chairs are not eligible for the renewal plan.
