  1. Delivery Notification

After receiving your order, we will send the “Order confirmation” email to you. The order will be processed as soon as possible. You are expected to receive the products within approximately 14 working days. If you cannot receive our email, please contact us, and mark “Can’t receive order confirmation email”. The email may be block by the email service provider as spam.

  1. Global Delivery Service

Maxcare e-Shop provides global delivery service, your registered address will be defaulted as the delivery address. If the delivery address is different, please go to “My Account” and modify the “Delivery address”.

Different delivery methods will be used depending on different destinations. Delivery fee and time may vary depending on the region. Please refer to the table below for details:

* The delivery service is not covered to PO Boxes, hotels or places that cannot be delivered by Hongkong Post.

The delivery time is only an estimated time and for reference only. It depends on the destination you choose.

  1. Delivery Time

    Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders within 14 working days, depending on the delivery area selected. As we cannot guarantee the delivery time, we do our best to process orders as soon as we received your payment.

    However, the company shall not be liable for the following situations:

    • Shipping delays due to customs policy or duty issues.
    • In case of Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter or any other long holidays, the delivery time will be affected.
    • Due to traffic, location, weather and other factors, the delivery time may be delayed, suspended or rescheduled.
  1. Undeliverable Orders

    Occasionally orders are returned to us due to incorrect address, PO Box or hotel address, recipient refuses to pay Customs duties and surcharges, failed delivery attempts or refused by recipient. If customer need to re-deliver the item, the corresponding delivery fee will be charged.
