When you register or place an order with us or receive various features or services that we offer online through our website, App or participate in other online or social media activities, we may collect personal data such as your name, contact details and payment/credit card information, or any other personal data you voluntarily provide to us, as the case maybe.

When you apply to be a member at our physical stores or participate in other services (such as customer services) or marketing activities, we will collect personal data such as your name and contact details, or any other personal data you voluntarily provide to us, as the case maybe.
In both cases, we will only collect personal data which we believe to be necessary to fulfill the Purposes (defined hereinbelow). The provision of such personal data is voluntary. However, we may not be able to fulfill the Purposes (defined hereinbelow) and provide services to you if such personal data have not been provided. Subject to obtaining your consent, we intend to use your personal data including first name, last name, address, telephone number, mobile number, fax number and email for direct marketing purpose through post, email, phone, fax or SMS in relation to:
- products and services provided and/or offered by us, in relation to massager, exercise equipment, health and beauty appliance, household product, personal care and skin care;
- activities, offers, news and redemption by us;
- membership programs by us.
